yeah that’s serf merica for you , we shipped most the jobs overseas. I’ll probably be stuck with applying to retail places if only I can find something that allows sitting .
I haven’t even bothered looking for anything the last few weeks it’s nothing but ghost positions that don’t exist … especially on indeed .
I'd try Craigslist for jobs.

Seriously, I have no life.
I’ll check it out . No luck applying for any jobs in serf merica … not to mention that 13-15$ isn’t even a living wage but I still need to apply To bad jobs just to pay insurance and gas save for a new tv/avr . Modern feudalism. Crony capitalism. Can’t pay a fair wage.?
What do you know or what can you do that would command high wages and a lot of offers? If the answer to those questions is "Nothing", don't expect high paying jobs to fall in your lap. Anyone can want $20/hour for working a fast food job, but those jobs don't require the specialized skills to make it worth $20/hour. Working for someone else isn't a democracy.

Are the jobs you can find for part time, or full time work? A lot of people find two part time jobs if they can't find one that's full time.

how do you get work experience when the last decade or so here there’s no good jobs ? Lately since 2020 I’ve seen barely anything at all but retailers ..
Those places make plenty of of profit to pay $20/hour. So do retailers . That’s just there bs excuses while besos and Elon musk and the Walmart family are ultr rich . But they somehow have the job skills to be a ceo so I guess they earned it . Not everyone can handle or afford 8+ years of college or whatever they did . The rich have turned USA into a modern Roman Empire .
At this point I need any job possible to stop bleeding interest and owing more per month, year. Already will not make anything for a years worth of pay . or more …
Indeed has nothing ? What other sites tot try ?

Education is one way- the jbs are available, but someone needs to decide what htey can do, determine what they know/where their interests lie, connections help and one of the important things, attitude. You might want to work on yours- walking into a job interview with a chip on your shoulder about who caused what isn't going to help.

Since the US farmed out a lot of manaufacturing, this country has become a service society but manufacturing jobs are still available.

8+ years of college? Where did you hear that? Some colleges are offering degrees in 3 years and the courses can be taken online.

I don't know where you live, but that can definitely make a difference WRT what's available and pay. Where are you looking for jobs? Have you contacted a job search web site or taken an aptitude test?

If you're in the US, maybe a skills program could help- I don't know how effective it is, but I heard about SkillsUS.org this morning.

Math & STEM skills help with finding and keeping jobs, a lot but language skills can't be forgotten.

Look for some positives! As I wrote, attitude makes a difference and if all you can do is find fault, this is gonna be a rough ride.

Did you click on the tab for remote jobs on Indeed? I found some paying up to $75K/year. Also, look at the bottom- they offer career advice and have a hiring lab.
