Can't login disney+ on shield pro 2019

Hello, for the past 2 days I have been unable to log on to Disney+.

If I try to log in with the authorization from the smartphone, it remains frozen, idem if I enter my passwords I get stuck on 3 points in a loop.

I can login on smartphone and TV, but on TV it's laggy when I watch 4k dolby vision

I have try uninstall the app, renew my ip, change hdmi cable, same things

I join you screen

If you have solution, thanks

I have fiber 1gbs, on smartphone with speedtest I have 750mbs

That is fast, so Internet is ruled out.
Window browser? Different browser? Is this your first attempt at Disney+? Have you called Disney customer support?

No it's work on other device, only shield have problem
Disney support say me the shield is not compatible lol

Yep, that is what it looks like.
I doubt anyone here can solve that problem.

Curious. I have not experienced this issue with the Disney+ app and the Nvidia Shield TV Pro. Though Hulu, also a Disney product, was glitchy a couple of days ago and I could not sign into it for a little while on one particular device.

Yes curious, maybe wait an update of the app
