Can you stack Subs?

I have both Mirage MM6 and a Mirage Prestige S10 subs. I tried to split them up to get more equalized bass throughout my room I just can't get the configuration right. I know where one sounds good, I just can't place the other,
so I was wondering if you could stack them?

I have mirage speakers in a 7.1 but my LCD screen is mounted above my fireplace, which is in the corner. The surrounds sound great, but my subs are killing me.

Oh yeah the back wall is out because it opens to the kitchen, I know the room I chose sucks, but it is the only room my wife let me take over.

Yes you can.

Two subs let alone two different subs in the same room is difficult to manage. If you can post a picture or drawing of the room some of the boys here can give some suggestions on some things to try out.

I think your better off with 1 sub in this situation. Sell one and keep the other.

Yes you can stack subs. I'm doing it with excellent results. Identical subs are the way to go however. Here's the freq response at my LP in 15 Hz mode.
