You should start printing money. It's not illegal until you spend it. I assume you don't listen to the illegal downloads on your HD.

Patent infringement is illegal. Counterfeiting is illegal, even if you don't spend it. Copyright violation is illegal.

What would make you draw the conclusion that it's not illegal to counterfeit money unless you spend it?
