Can someone help me calibrate my picture on my TV please?

I have an older plasma, it's a Hitachi 42'' CMP-4212 RES is 1020 X 1020 running in 1080i. Could someone please help me with the Contrast, Color, Tint, Sharpness, and Brightness? If anyone wants me to tell them what's it's set on now, I can. Thank you.......

You need to get a calibration disc like AVIA Guide To Home Theater or Digital Video Essentials. They walk you through the calibration. Nobody can tell you what numbers to set for contrast, brightness, sharpness, etc as settings for one tv in one room may drastically differ from another tv in another room.

Amazon.com sells both and even offers a discount if you buy both. AVIA is easier to use but costs twice as much (about $40) as DVE.
