Can I run a powered sub and an EP2500 to some fronts using a y-splitter from the subwofer preout?

To the fronts, what are you trying to do? If you are asking if you can split the low line signal from the sub pre-out and run two subs, one being powered and the other one needing the ep2500 to power it, then yes. If you are trying to really power the mains through the sub out then no.

You're gonna have to be a little more specific on what you're trying to do here. Your post makes no sense.

But, you can't get a "front" signal from a subwoofer output.
