Hi Guys,

Ok here is the dilemma, I have decided to move into the modern world and have bought an Onkyo TX-NR906 AV receiver. This is to replace my Mission Cyrus II amp which was purely for hi-fi.

I have listened to the Bose Acoutimass 10 5.1 speaker system and didnt rate it as well as listening to the Bowers & Wilkins MT-25 set.

I really dont want to lose the R50's and am looking to incorporate them into a 5.1 speaker set. The problem I have is finding a set of rears, centre and subwoofer which will complement these fantastic, rich and depth giving speakers. In particular I'm trying to find a subwoofer which is delicate enough not to compromise the refined sounding KEF bass drivers of the R50's.

My wife is looking for something discreet to fit into the room and I dont want to break the £1000 barrier on cost.

The room size is 18 feet by 13 feet and the sofa is on the long wall, does anyone have a view on what I should be looking at to achieve what I need?

Kindest regards from the UK

Trevor
