Call out to Canadians - Looking for place to purchase speaker wire

I'm looking at buying about 200ft of 14AWG speaker cable with a white jacket (going to run this along the walls and no place to hide it).

The prices on monoprice are great, but shipping will cost almost half of the cost of the wire.

I've check Home Depot and Rona, and they don't seem to have anything in white.

Where do all the Canadians purchase their speaker wire from?
