cable length query for surrounds

Hi,My new room is being constructed, and I need a serious advice on the length of wire I can use for my rear satellites. Can it be upto about 30 foot without much loss? My center and decoder box will be about 30 foot, due to wiring along room corners, from where i wish to install my rear speakers.

I am planning these as my speakers:

I'm using 16g for runs of that distance. Most will tell you that anything thing between 12-14g would suffice.
