buying a tv from costco

does anyone know how the warranties there work?

costco ups manufacturers warranty to 2 years

if i use my costco visa card, adds an additional 2 years.

if i buy a squaretrade warranty adds another few years depending which one you choose.

when does costco visa card warranty kick in? after both manufacturer warranty and squaretrade warranty? or in between?

looking at the tcl 65S403 or vizio E65-E

which tv would you choose by the way

I wouldn't trust squaretrade no more than I'd trust fox to watch over henhouse.
And based on reviews p65 e all the way. TLC isn't even close.

I've had pretty good experiences with Square Trade, although mostly with serially unreliable coffee makers. I also trust that Sams or Costco would force them to live up to their promises.

For my own sake I hope Square Trade is good. I bought a Costco warranty for the LG OLED tv purchased from Best Buy.
