Burn SL DVDs or burn Blu-Rays?

I watched that first DLNA YouTube video again, but I am a bit confused because my TV network would appear on my PC under which ever settings he specified, but in my case I do not know how to set it up from the very basic.

The example I could give is assume I want to see my Sony Blu-ray player on my PC with a DLNA server network. I cannot do that if my PC and Blu-ray player is not properly setup for it. So, to see what the guy is talking about is making sure there is a tick in a box next to my server network for my TV, but I cannot do that because my PC and my TV are not properly setup.

Please lock my thread: I have an even harder time reading a manual. I am very thankful for all of the replies and help, but since I will not be receiving anymore help on this subject, please lock my thread. Thank you!

Dear PHP111,
I have received your PM titled : "You are not helping me anymore". I've read but decided not to replay in private.
The reasons are simple ones and as you've noticed it's not just me who "stopped helping you"
You have asked a question which optical media you should burn your movies at.

If I understand so far from your intentions (and questions) : you are clearly illegally downloading movies from internet. Now I am not going to judge anyone - it's not my duty, but what I do expect from anyone seeking knowledge, especially in such murky area - do your homework.

We've given you pretty detailed help on every general direction. Specific products recommendations and ways to integrate them together.

Don't expect us to chew every single thing and every step. And then we don't - you throw childish tantrums.

Grow up, grow a pair, be respectful of people, especially people who are trying to help you and most importantly, again, DO YOUR F-N HOMEWORK.

Read up on MKV files, h264 compression, DTS, DLNA and most importantly - Get some clue on what is network and what is not.

I perfectly understand Lulimet's LOL. And he's 100% right. You're being drama queen.

I also expect you won't take to heart any of my advice and never show up here again in which case - don't let the door hit you on your way out.
