Built in Cooling Fan ... need a link

My HT is going to be installed in a "bump-out" created just large enough to hold my 51" RPTV, and my Audio rack. I would like to install a lower cost cooling fan that vents directly outside in the roof/ceiling of this Bump out. Can anyone suggest one and/or provide a link to it? I really didnt want to install a large bathroom fan. I have never seen one that was very quiet, and they are too large. Does anyone make a fan for the use that I need?
