Budget Blu-Ray player

I picked up an Insignia NS-BRDVD3 during a Boxing Day sale in Canada for $79.00. I couldn't be happier with the performance of the unit. I don't see any difference in picture quality between it and my PS3.

Well, you have a variety of opinions posted. If I hadn't ordered my Oppo 83 today and I didn't need 7.1 analog out, then I would have bought the Panasonic DMP-BD60. So add another vote for the Panny.

well ordered the Panasonic so thanks for all the help I did take the majority's advice

I need to pick up a copy of DVE so I can calibrate his plasma for him.
