Im running all my media thru a P4 3.2 setup both hardwired(cat5) and steaming 2 two systems. Im working on a build currently to replace my limited video capabilities of the current system. Ive had no hiccups with the networked tvs but with my video card connected direct, Ive had some playback issues (dont know if it was my card or app). Other than that a couple freeze ups, but fine. I had used TVersity for a while because I needed streaming FLAC support.

ATI HD 2400, but as I said my displays are connected via my network and use it for the content.

yea, boxee doesn't really like ati hardware - i had big issues running it on my main box with HD 4870 card.
My boxee pc is custom built Ion Atom 330 plaform - its gpu is equivalent of GeForce 9300/9400 - Boxee Beta runs awesome.
My rec for you try to change it for cheap nvidia card - for example this one:

I bought several of these - they run great for htpc/office use even light gaming (Wow, Left4dead)

Im in the process of a new build, including a dedicated server, so when Im up to the video card ill post and ask some questions. Im trying to get a commercial license for gracenote and once thats done Ill start purchasing some more hardware.

The D-Link Boxee Box looks pretty sweet. Might have to dump the WDTV Live when it comes out... or just use both.. we'll see.

If Boxee Box will as good as boxee beta - it'll be the best media client hardware, but with it's dual sided remote and I really hope bugs fixed/fully polished out software it'll be simply divine...
