Bowers & Wilkins DM603 worth $500?

Found this on Craigslist. He said He would take $500. That's what I was going to pay for the EMP Tek E55Ti's. Figured they might be worth the investment as I need some towers for my system.

Thought I could ask the community to review if its a deal or not.

I am not a big B&W fan - however, listen and see if you like their sound.
However for me > I would not spend more than $300 to $350 for them.

Also, based on the review - the 603 was weak in the bass.

I would still look at the Emptek.

Product Review -

I am very familiar with the old B&W 600 series of speakers. IMO you can do better for the money. EMP E55s for example, or if you want a speaker that is more laid back but has a lot of bass, check out the Fluance XL7Fs. For $400/pair you could also look at the Infinity P363s but they won't play as loud cleanly as the EMPs and they aren't as attractive IMO. Good luck.
