Boston Verse Polk

My wife bought me a pair polk audio rti8. I was interested in a pair of boston vr1 both are floor standing pairs. With either pair I would buy the matching sub. Should I bring back polk and buy boston or buy boston and compare. Then return the one disliked

do you like the Polk's? Is there some doubt in your mind? By all means compare the two.

By the way, way back in 1983 the Boston's were the first "audiophile" speakers that I ever heard that I actually liked. Thought they were great. I now own Polk LSi's. Life changes, so do musical tastes.

Buy the Boston and compare. No question about that in my mind.
