He has spent big money on the entire house including the A/V system. Best part of the entire house, the bose 5.1 in the main TV area. The rest of the sound systems, which wasn't low end stuff, sounded HORRIBLE. I now know what a boomy bass sounds like. One tower speaker wasn't even working. He had speakers everywhere in the basement, to the point of reflections and delay made it difficult listen. So, sometimes Bose is better

Like Spiffyfast recently posted, a high-end Bose system has sound comparable to an entry-level Sony HTiB.
