Take a picture of the back of it. I can only find pictures of it's front.
You will probably need two mono 1/4" (male) to RCA (female) adapters. The order connectivity would be as such.
CD player stereo outputs - RCA cable (male to male) - two mono 1/4" (male) to RCA (female) adapters - stereo inputs on Bogen mixer/amp
