I have a question. I bought an Onkyo TX-RZ 820 Reciever. Everything works fine but the Bluetooth has given me a really hard time. When I pair the device and try to play some music on spotify, several things start to go terribly wrong. The music will either start playing, and start cutting on and off. Or it will play, than suddenly start playing the music at double speed and also cut in and out. Also when I try turning up the volume (not very high at all) it's will cut out and stop completely. Has this happened to anyone else or is this receiver faulty or is there a fix to this?! Please help :(

Aren’t there any streaming apps built into that receiver? A lot of the newer receivers work as speakers strait from the Spotify app as long as they are connected to the same network.

I wouldn’t use Bluetooth, even if it’s working properly unless you literally have no other option.

If it’s doing it from every source there is another problem. Check and make sure none of your speaker connections are touching each other that could be grounding out.

Can you try to hard wire the receiver to your router, or is that not possible?
