You have admirable desires that display an understanding of what you want. You do not have a very adequate budget though. Warm sound?? This could mean bright??
https://www.crutchfield.com/g_37900/Bookshelf-Speakers.html Crutchfield allows you to display speakers by price. I noticed Klipsch are on sale. Perhaps you can also find them on amazon. Klipsch has a reputation for efficient speakers that are presented BRIGHT which could mean warm I guess to some.
I think bright is the antithesis of warm. Klipsch are definitely not warm.
I think this guy likes to play his rig loud. In his budget he will not find a decent speaker he will not blow.
Good sound and high spl. without speaker damage is only going to occur at the upper end of the price bracket.
I would make one other point, if you play any speaker loud then it needs to cross to the tweeter no lower than 3,500 Hz, otherwise the tweeter will receive too much power and blow, unless it is a highly efficient horn design. Even then you have to select carefully.
Designing a high spl accurate speaker is a formidable undertaking as there are many pitfalls.
