Blew a pair of tweeters on my PSB Image -T65

I checked with PSB and they said that the electrical characteristics are the same and no mods to the crossover were needed.

The blown one to the left, the replacement to the right.

You got caught like I did, those measurements are from the Imagine and not the Image.

Measurements The PSB Image T65's sensitivity measured approximately 90dB/W/m. Its ported cabinet is tuned to about 32Hz, and its minimum impedance measured 4.2ohms at that frequency; I would rate its nominal impedance at 6ohms.

The T65 seems to have significant midrange issues and that C60 can only be described as cruel joke!

I can understand the T65 having a slight retiring quality which some and may be many would like. However, for the C60, if those measurements are correct, I can't imagine anyone being happy with those.

Your ears like them and this is what counts! If all people liked the same speakers, there would be only one successful manufacturer. Fortunately, that is not the case!
