I just bought a Panamax MX500 power console and a pair of Sennheiser HD590 headphones for 60% off at Magnolia. The weird thing was, it was slow for them. The store opened at 7:00am. I went in at 9:00am, and there were only a few people in the store. No line. No waiting. I was in and out in five minutes. Hehehehehe.

42" Plasma @ Kmart

I'm one of those folks who showed up @ WallyWorld to wait in line for a chance @ the Viore 42" Plasma TV. My local store stocked 7 of these and I was 1st in line. (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp?product_id=4257460#SpecificationsSpecifications)...

I'm very pleased thus far with this unit. I was in the market for a 36" LCD when I noticed the ad for this 42 incher, and the $997 price tag fit nicely in my budget range. Viore has recently set-up their website and this unit is currently sold out (http://www.viore.com/PDP4210EA.htm).

Now I'm looking around for a receiver and some speakers to plug in to it...

What I'm considering is a Yamaha RXV1600, Yamaha YSP1, and a Rocket ULW10... Anyone want to comment on this setup? Thanks!

If you get the YSP1 you do not need to get the RXV1600 receiver. The YSP1 has everything you need built in. Well except for the powered subwoofer.
