Here's the setup: I have 2-Hafler DH220's which I would like use to biamp my front L/R speakers. I have an Onkyo TXSR604 as my integrated, and Fluance SX-HTB's, with the entry level Hsu sub. I also am using Monitor Audio BFX Bronzes' for 7th channel...but I digress, Since the Onkyo doesn't have pre-outs I procured a Carver Wide Band line level converter and experimented with the bi-wiring the front channels, the question is how to connect the two haflers (currently wired with one amp for the lows and one for the highs) into this setup. I tried splitting the inputs: Right amp right channel and Left amp left channel but it does not work properly (one channel is missing the highs while the other is missing the lows) so obviously with only one input point utilizing the Carver line level converter I've got a problem. What am I missing?
