I would have to say that after X hours of playback, all drivers, including tweeters change (break-in), as this is a result of mechanical stress, but I think the point that I HOPE you're going to make is that these changes in the tweeter are so minute that it doesn't make an audible difference.

I guess it is time to read the latest and greatest from Gene about speaker break in.

There is not enough change for audible differences. Barely measurable on frequency response. This has been known for some time now, except by the hi end industry and crowd

You may want to check the part where the parameters retur to previous conditions after power down. Then it starst all over
