I am looking to replace a Denon avr 800 that Ive had for years. I have been looking at the Denon 3806 bacause of it's bi-amping capabilities. I primarily listen to music on cd's and concert videos on dvd. I have a large room (450 sf) and want something that is loud and clean. I currently have only two mains and one center with a sub. I may eventually get two rear surrounds, and will probally never go to 7.1. That's why the 3806 appealed to me. Does anyone have any experience with bi-amping? Do other brands do the same? I'm not stuck on Denon, Ive always heard you get the best bang for your buck with them. Thanks in advance!!
