Acoustics are something that changes a lot through the life of many speakers. I suggest you get the best sounding speaker you can find for your space.
Make sure you do comparisons blindly so price won't incorrectly bias you. Close your eyes when demoing speakers. Let the sounds speak for the quality.
It doesn't matter what we think as long as you get the best sounding speakers for you.
Don't forget almost any high quality speaker will grow on you.
