As far as build quality, internal parts, and the company's pedigree, I'd say they are all pretty good.
Now, as far as sound goes, you do realize that "best" is a very personal and subjective decision that can be made only by you. Without hearing them, you might as well just take a vote. I'm quite sure any one will satisfy you, unless you've heard the others.
