Doesn't seem like, especially if you're using them for audio ICs. Looks like the cheaper one isn't sweep tested to 5Ghz, but then again, since you're only operating up to 20kHz...that really doesn't matter. Looks like the cheaper one is a little less flexible, and I think the shield might not be as effective at stopping RFI (loose aluminum braid). These are speculations. I'm seriously doubting that, unless you're using a massively long run in an area with a ton of interference that you would notice a difference. And at such a cheap price, how could you lose? If it ends up being garbage, it doesn't matter! It was only a few bucks down the drain. Still way less money than buying Monster.
