Beginner needs set up info

Hello all: I am a complete neophyte and need some (very) basic, easy to understand and follow advice as to how to set up my system. I have the following components:

Panasonic TH-42PX50U TV

Tivo Series 2 DVR

Bose 3-2-1 DVD/audio

Comcast Motorola cable box model no. 5100/1005

Harmony 880 remote

Everything worked well until I changed from Dish Network to Comcast. Now the Tivo screen says it cannot play live TV and it doesn't record either. I don't know if I have it set up properly; apparently not given the problems.

I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone with a suggestion/diagram for connecting all of the above.

No - they've been out twice but neither guy knew how to fix the issue.
