Beale Street Audio ICS8-MB Subs Anyone used these?

I would like to ask if anyone has used the ICS8-MB Sub-woofers and their thoughts/experience with them? I am currently designing an Atmos/DTS home theater for my patients and they would prefer to keep the floor clear of subs etc. I am currently planning to use wall mounted speakers from Monitor Audio (controlled performance series). I would be very interested to hear the opinions of people who have used the ICS8-MB sub-woofers for home theater use. The specified low frequency cutoff is 35Hz which is OK but 24Hz or lower is probably preferable for home theater use. Do you think the ICS8-MB's will be OK for this application?

There is an Audioholics article titled "How To Install a Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and Auro-3D Speaker Setup" that features the ICS8-MB, along with other ceiling speakers from the same company, but the follow up articles have not been published. Possibly because Beale street Audio web site went down due to change of ownership around the same time. Recent news states they have now been brought by Vanco (http://www.vanco1.com/publisher/News/2017/6/21/VANCO-INTERNATIONAL-ACQUIRES-BEALE-STREET-AUDIO), who plan to keep the name and lines as well as add a new floor sub-woofer based on sonic vortex tech (I read that somewhere else).

The only independent review I can find on the ICS8 sub-woofers (http://www.residentialsystems.com/product-reviews/0013/beale-street-audio-ics8mb-and-ics6mb-subwoofer-review/87563) suggests this product goes down to 19Hz with only -6dB of drop. However there is not enough information to really understand if this would be typical, or if this is due to a resonant peak in the room, perhaps combined with the "+6dB boost" feature at 40Hz on the Beale Street A100 amplifier. I have read that transmission line speakers tend to play lower than other designs, but information on PMC's web page (https://pmc-speakers.com/support/faq-page/how-do-transmissions-lines-differ-ported-and-vented-speakers) suggest their transmission line subwoofer designs have a 12dB/octave roll off. Any thoughts or better yet measurements on existing installations?

Thank you in advance.

Greg.
