Where would i get some of these cheap? I need atleast 20 of them. Any brands or styles that anyone would recommend?

If you have a link that would be great.

Thanks in advance.

would the solder on ones work though. I am looking for a temporary solution to a problem and do not want to spend a lot of money since it is around christmas and i have lots of gifts to buy. Them locking ones would cost like $50 by the time they are shipped. I can get the others for less than $10.
Opinions?

They will all work fine. I don't particularly like solder types simply because you have to solder them (time consuming).

I like the RCA banana plugs with internal side screws that Lowes and Home Depot sell. They're cheap ($6-$7 per pair) and once you tighten the internal side screw with the wire inserted, the wire is very secure.

$6 per pair? Is that for 4ea or for 2 connectors? I am not fond of the setscrew type for clamping because I found they often loosen up over time, but it depends on the overall design. The locking ones do use setscrews, but the sleeve also keeps the screws from coming out.

I can solder fast so soldering is no concern of mine. PLus, just think, never have to worry about them coming loose from the wire. I think i am buying them right now :D

I can solder fast too, I just didn't want to do 20 of them :D It also makes the joint less flexible, so strain relief can be important.

The logic i am using is if i spend $60+ on connectors that take 10 mins to assemble vs. $10 connectors that take 40 mins to assemble, i am saving substantially using my time which would have otherwise taken me 400 minutes of working (by the time you take into account the cost of gas and such) to pay for the money spent on the less time consuming connectors that will serve the same purpose with the same performance within reason. So more or less, then it takes less time to solder all of these connections than it does to repute the difference you pay for the easier, less time consuming connectors. that is of course unless unlike me you make a couple hundred dollars an hour (in which case i would not be bothering with this myself anyhow). Now which seems like the better deal :D?
