Baged a Denon 1602 for $60 !! Happy Day!!
I totally stole this one. A Denon 1602, in like new condition for $60! It's from a electronics clearing house in Fla. They throw all kinds of stuff on Ebay from all different places. Some works, some don't. Some kinda work. Most they test the basic functions of, some they don't test at all and its a gamble. This one was tested and worked fine before I bought bid. I got it a few days later, looks brand new, works like a champ, and sounds even better. Didn't have the manual (easily downloaded) or remote (easily replaced). But I took care of all that. So, with replacement remote and shipping I dropped a mere $120 bucks on this bad boy. When I unboxed it and hooked it up the first time, I had to do a little dance.
I was redeemed too because I had been getting my chops busted on Ebay for weeks before. Lost like a dozen auctions to shrewd snippers (that's snippers that are better than me).
Now back to EBAY to lurk in the shadows and pounce on an unsuspecting pair of KEF
