Whew...the stink is rising. Got dragged to "Bad Teacher" and, what a dog. It was slow to get moving because there was so little plot. Cameron Diaz is a using, manipulative b**ch, trying to hook up with wealth, so where else? Find a rich guy in a mid-western public school, full of dweeby but sincere teachers. That makes sense? Nothing about this flick holds water, the acting is basic TV commercial acting, the ending is perfunctory at best and makes no sense either. What's worse is that it just isn't funny. Cameron Diaz seems quite comfortable being the heavy but her schtick gets old after about 20 minutes. Nobody in the theater was laughing; they mainly were texting while the movie played. Save yourself a few bucks and watch a 15 year old re-run of Law and Order instead.

Thanks for your review. I was thinking about going and seeing this one, but not now for sure. Was the car wash scene as hot as it looked on the trailer? You know with an "R" rating I figured it might get a little steamy. Of course, I could be wrong. Just curious is all. Thanks for saving me a few bucks!

Cheers,

Phil

Whatever heat value Diaz might have was easily offset by the lying, scheming bit*h factor. The car wash scene was about the equivalent of walking past Victoria's Secret in the mall. I'm not much of a puritan or moralizer so much of the movie didn't offend me as much as it just wasn't really funny.

Diaz is beginning to show her age. Yes, she still is attractive, but not as well as she used to be imho. However, I thought that scene may have been a good one. It sounds like that is not the case. Thanks once again for the info.

Heck yea!!

My wife been trying to drag me out to see this crap. Glad I didn't :D

Yeah ... but I bet she could chew me up and spit me
out in about 30 seconds flat at either f^%&ing or fighting. :)

Woed. She might be waning according to Hollywood standards, but she still makes the women that I dream about look like short, fat, bald men.

BTW, that's totally separate from the short, fat, bald men that I dream about...

Not that I'm a sexist but recently I got to see this pretty hot girl standing in South Station and I remember thinking, "you are the hottest piece of *** in all of South Station." That's a pretty big honor ... not as big an honor as being a rated piece of tail feather in Hollywood but still ...

Should have said something. I'm sure that she would have been flattered.

It's more fun telling men I like the way they look.
You can smell the fear after.

Seriously, I don't think I'm supposed to be saying anything to women ... ever.
It pisses Cheryl off and usually just frightens the little ladies ...

whoa ... this ain't the boring thread
