took my Denon receiver for service, the girl at front desk didnt know any thing about audio/video, took them 4 weeks for estimate, and quoted me an outrageous repair fee, I decided take it somewhere else to repair, I had to wait for another week for them to put my receiver back together, so I wasted 5 weeks for nothing.
