Looking for some advise; I like the looks and size of the Axiom grand master 500 although I am looking for quality full range sound. coming from bookshelves, I want something better. Good amps. rooms is 18 x 16. Looking for quality stereo and home theater. considering the M60's vs the GM 500's. Can anyone comment on the GM 500's?

Welcome to the forum, Amaturo!

I can't comment on those speakers, but I wanted to welcome you and to bump your thread so that maybe it would catch the attention of someone that can.

You'll definetly get quality full range sound with the M22 and the EP500 subwoofer. If you were not going to get a sub I would say for sure look at the M60 or M80 but with a sub the M22 are excellent.

I have to second what Haoleb is saying that the M22s +EP500 are excellent sounding in my 20x20x8 foot room. I haven’t heard the GM 500s but just recently add 2 M22s to my existing Axioms and have been comparing them to the M80s. If I wasn’t eventually planning to move to a larger room I would stick with the M22s and subwoofer and never look back. I imagine you could even go with the EP350 and it would still rock.

Also, IMO an M22 below or upside down above the TV makes a much better center than the VP150 and costs less. So if you can fit one (it’s also rear ported) an M22 center is the way to go with M22 mains.
