Just the Spks on my Tv is all have ..But im guessing a 5.1 or 7.1...

Budget i would say no more then 2000$ for the Spks and AVR

In my opinion you should really figure out what speakers your going to be using before an AVR can be recommended.

Denon, Onkyo, Yamaha are all excellent companies. Depending on speakers maybe a AVR isn't recommended. A Pre/Pro might be a better choice.

Speakers are a totally personal choice. What sounds good to me might not sound good to you and vise versa.

What budget are you working with for speakers only. How big is your room? How is the room laid out? What is this system's main purpose? Movies? Music?

Well right its all in my Room ..lol Damn roommates! gotta keep it all in or they will use it all the time!...Im guessing my room is about 12x12 but plan on going way bigger here soon! and dont wanna buy all this stuff Twice!...Im looking More too the Movie Side of the System over Music
