AVR 5805 bad RGB monitor out signal

I've had my 5805 about 4 years. My RGB out signal is washed out. At this point I am having to watch over S-video. Its obviously out of warranty so what are my options?

maybe send it in for the CI upgrade to do 1080p over HDMI. They will likely fix your RGB problem at no added cost.
