Cannot get my sound or video to work on TV - Sony XBR2/60
deno IPOD dock works great full video and sound......
HDMI conection is in the monitor HDMI slot avr to sony
Also sony ps3 same problem...
PS3 HDMI cable is connected to the HDP slot.....

The onscreen display for for the AVR set up is working great with full video.....

and the speaker system is working great as the on screen audio setup is working properly as well....

I was expecting to not use any other rca cables and thought that this system would stream all of my audio and video thru the HDMI......?

I need some to walk me thru my settings please...

I know what you mean, it's not easy to set all these new components with so much technology in them.

I'll try my best. First, I'm gonna give you a very useful link with tips and explanations on how to set up your PS3. The PlayStation3 User's Guide:

Read these various settings, and try to adjust your PS3 accordingly.
Take your time, and go from one step to the other.
If you still encounter some problems, come back here, and describe very clearly all your connections and settings from your PS3, and your Denon AVR-2310CI. Together we will go to each and every step, one by one, so you'll be all set and running in no time. How's that?
