Avia Guide 1999 edition versus new

Anyone know if there are any major differences to the Avia Guide version from 1999 and today's version?? I found it on ebay for cheap but the guy is selling the 1999 version. Thanks!

I hadn't heard of any revision or release of a new version, and I don't see anything on their site about there being a "new" version of it.
