AV receiver amplifier requirements for Kef q100

Hi Guys,

I am planning to buy a Denon Avrx2200w receiver with a kef q100. However the kef product page shows it needs amplifier upto 100w but the receiver only has 95w of stereo RMS power. Can i drive these speakers with the receiver? Any help would be great. Thanks

Yup. Nothing to worry about at all.

That 100 watts you see in the specs is the absolute maximum they can handle. They will play incredibly loud with a lot les than that.

Just because your tires are rated for 150 mph doesn't mean they must be driven at that speed.
