AUTO SETUP settings/Yahmaha RX V2600

Can anyone tell me how I can reset the AUTO SETUP settings on my Yahmaha RX V2600 receiver to the factory out of the box defaults?

The manual discusses the master switch to OFF, press and hold the Straight (Effect) button, etc. and/or unplugging the unit from the wall for more than 7 days. When I did the first and then the second item for 23 days, nothing had changed.

Specifically - I’m looking to reset to the factory defaults - deleting or removing the AUTO Setup settings and memory settings.

This should work. It's written for the 1400, but the procedure shouldn't have changed.
