Might as well ask your friends... You'll get about the same range of knowledge (unless your friends hang out here). I don't like it because most of the people clearly have no experience with equipment of any kind and have little or nothing to compare the products too. You have the benefit of varying point of views on an item, but all in all, I haven't found the user reviews there to be of much benefit.
