Just got a Onkyo TX-NR1030 with ATMOS, now if I only had some good speakers the connect to it.

Growing up I've seen albums, 8-Tracks, cassettes, CDs, MP3s, and streaming. Artists want to bring us into the studio, and directors want to bring us into their world. A good AV system can provide a willing suspension of disbelief. Immersive, virtual reality along the lines of the Star Trek halo-deck is what I hope to see in my lifetime.

I'm fancinated by Elac's new subwoofers with Auto EQ via Smart Phones. I wonder how well this works and if other OEMs like SVS are headed in this direction?
