I do not know if it should be called an LFE Accessory, but I think the Velodyne SMS-1 should at least have received an honorable mention in some category.
Yes the SMS-1 looks very promosing. But we have very little experience with it since its brand new. We just got in a review sample last week so if it works the way we think it will, you will probably see it on the awards list for 2006.
As for the Yamaha RX-V2600 yes we are working on the review but don't hold your breath for its release. This is a slamming time of the year for us with the holidays and CES just around the corner.
Ray has been using the RX-V2600 for a few weeks now and likes it very much. Its a cross between the 2500 and 4600 and at this price point, its smoking!
