Audio DACs in Satellite Receiver

Any idea how the audio DACs are in satellite receivers? I own a DishNetwork Dish 811 HD receiver and run it to my NAD C370 via analog. I wonder if I purchase an external DAC and use the digital out for the sound if audio will be improved.
I was thinking about getting one anyway for my Dlink DSM-320. Maybe I can find one with 2 inputs.

I don't know how much you're willing to spend, but I think this would do the trick, and sound great to boot. Parasound makes nice stuff.

Another option.

If your Sat receiver has noise, then yes, you'll get an improvement. Otherwise....that's questionable. My DishNetwork receiver has an audible noisefloor... not so great.

Jaxvon: how could you recommend those over-priced products, and ignore the super high value/performance Behringer SRC2496? :D :p

I didn't recommend them, I just...uhm...threw them out there. Besides, I knew you'd come to the resucue with a great Behringer product anyway :p

And also, it looks like the Behringer is only one channel, he wants a 2-ch unit. Although, you could get two behringers and still save money...
