Gee, I wish manufacturers would add XLR ports on consumer subs.
It is so hard to find one, particularly a smaller sub with XLR's.

Those speaker terminals for high level and pass through look pretty cheap. Speakon connectors used on REL and BK Electronics subwoofer are so much better.

Any $500 sub will be riddled with compromises. Imho quality of connectors is the last thing which I could care about sub in this price range. Imo they should've skipped piano finish and go with 10" driver and more powerful amp.
As this products stands now - there could be a market for this, but I don't see myself recommending it over SVS PB1000 or HSU's VTF-1 mk3

It looks like the SB8 has some kind of distortion reduction technology lacking in the M8. Even so, for sheer performance, two M8s are certain to be a better deal. But the Sb8 looks pretty slick with that gloss black finish.

I have the Outlaw Audio M8 subwoofer. This looks identical to the M8
