My room is about 20m2.
Since you are providing dimensions in meters, I wonder if you are in the US or somewhere else.
So far, it looks like recommendations/prices are based on US. If you are from elsewhere, it changes the availability of many components!

So clever you are. I’m sorry I didn’t tell you guys about this before. Actually I’m in Australia. I’m having a trouble when ordering the RSL Speakers, so expensive to ship to Australia. They told me to buy it from ebay to reduce the shipping cost but I don have discount from ebay. So it over over my budget.
So I’m thinking about Pioneer FS525.1. We got a threat about this system here: https://forums.audioholics.com/forums/threads/pioneer-andrew-jones-sp-pk52fs-review.81868/
And pair with Denon 7.2 we mentioned above X1400H.
What do you think?

Yep US suppliers/pricing will only help so much down your way. Was it USD or AUD 1500? Hopefully some of your country mates can pop in and give you some more local advice....

1500 USD @liveinhd I known this is US forum before I created this thread. I found that our forum has many helpful people so I decided to find some pieces of advice here.
Only way to get suggestions here is from the seller but they just wanna match my money with their products more than give more detail and advice.
After Z906 this will be my first HTS and I will use it for years. Like I’m using a laptop and want to build my own PC, choose case, CPU, GPU, Keyboard, Monitor... separately instead of buy a thing with monitor, keyboard and track bar built in.
Building a PC seem easier than build a HTS, just focus on speed. But a HTS is not easy to satisfy our ears with a limited budget. I personally focus on bass, want a system that the Subwoofer can hit my chest when watching the battle senses.
Some systems can deliver more details of high and mid range frequency like raining, winding, or waterfowl but less bass - some HBiT, others give me more bass but less details.
With $1500USD budget I expect a system can give me a warm voice and low bass of battle soundtracks.

I'd think your budget for a full 5.1 is your biggest challenge, especially where you are (from all the comments from other Aussies over the years). Is this the max you want to spend on creating a 5.1 setup? Good speakers tend to cost more and you may want to build slowly, say starting with 2.1 and then build from there. One sub brand (and maybe their speakers, too) I'm aware of that may be distributed in Australia is SVS, what are their prices like down there? You can check their US site https://www.svsound.com/

What Denon/Marantz/Yamaha avrs are available down under?

I think I've seen several guys down your way go the DIY route, how do you feel about that? Have the time/inclination/tools/skills?

Yes it a good idea, start with 2.1 and very cheap Center and Rear Channel to get surround sound for now. The SVS Subwoofer PB-1000 cost $900 AUD ~ $700USD.
We do have Denon, Marantz and Yamaha AV receiver
Still waver between Floorstand with a good look and good for music, and Bookshelf with Mid-rang Driver can bring more details in my opinion.
The last your question: I have everything but Money

No worries mate. We all have to live within our means. I'd think about the 3.1 at least as far as planning, even if I only bought the L/R initially, as I'd want the matching center generally. While not critical, I think it is slightly better to have a matching center, having gone both mismatched and matched with several systems. That said the usual compromised center style speaker (horizontal placement) has issues. Ideally you want all three positioned the same, but tv sets get in the way of that (but not acoustically transparent screens for projector setups).

I'd be more interested in your actual choices of components available to you for speakers subs and receivers. Much available on your used market? You can pick up some very good money savings that way, speakers tend to last a very long time if not abused, same for electronics (like poor heat management). OTOH you may just be happy with one of the HTIB kits if you're not as critical of audio as some of us :)

I understand your point and really appreciate it mate. Just call avaustralia.com - The official SVS dealer in Australia - about the special price of SVS PB-1000 after reading some reviews on the internet. They told me to send them an email mention about that Subwoofer and they will sent me a special price AFTER EASTER. This sub even get more good remarks than Klipsch 10”.
For a bass lover, I have no choice.
Next thing to think is Receiver.

Seriously, they're making the price out to be some sort of special event for you? Hokey. Hopefully its a good price in any case. When is easter? Hopefully the fertility rituals bring you a good price bro. :)

2018 Easter is this Sunday. But in Australia we have 4 days off from Friday to next Monday GMT+10. So I will get the price on next Tuesday.
I can go for SVS Subwoofer but their Channel speakers are too expensive with me even just Front and Center Speakers for 3.1 set up.
I’m thinking about Receiver, most suggestions are pointing to Denon. And, perhaps I will sell my PC to get more money for my new lover. There are some disadvantages of using a HTPC while a Bluray Player do better especially is processing Dolby Atmos, HDR source. So it would be better with a Bluray Player + Receiver + Cheap Laptop + Speakers.
I think I got my Subwoofer. Next is Receiver, under $300 USD.

How big is your room? Is it open to other spaces? What are new system would be main usage? Movies/Music/Games?
In your price Range I'd focus on these brands/series: Sony Core, Elac Debut 2.0 series, Pioneer BS/FS by Andrew Jones, Philharmonic AA
For subs: HSU subs is typically provide one of best values
I found this:
- Sony SSCS3-Floorstanding Speakers
https://www.amazon.com/Sony-SSCS3-Floor-Standing-Speaker-Single/dp/B00O8YLL8E?th=1&psc=1
- Sony SSCS5 Bookshelf
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00O8YLMVA/ref=pd_aw_fbt_23_img_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=4EGKQ83K0Y5WRGVMMKZN
Old model but I think Sony will satisfy me.

Yes, These are Sony Core series. They sound better than their price would suggest. For the first HT system I I think you won't be disappointed with these. Just put a bit more towards the sub. it's very important
