Ashly XR2001 Installation Question

Greetings.

I need to tri-amp a stereo system (each cabinet has a woofer, mid, and tweeter). I am looking at the Ashly XR2001, but it is not clear to me if I need one unit or two.

The spec states Stereo 3-Way, but I can't see how that is supposed to be? Is it 3-way stereo and how should it be wired?

Also, is there another 3-way electronic crossover I should be considering?
