Well, the A100 has a 5 yr warranty and it looks great. You can tell the build quality will be exceptional.:D
It looks nice but I can't justify the extra $500 for it considering it seems to be a 4311 in a nicer looking package with a longer warranty. Has anyone done bench numbers for any of these models.

I have read that the Denon is using the ABT 2015 vs Onkyo's HQV Reon also the 3008's DACs are Burr-Brown(x6)? vs Denon's proprietary AL24 Processing Plus.
I find it strange that Denon no longer lists the Burr Brown DAC and ABT VRS in their feature/spec sheets for the XX11 series. I raised this point here once and was told by a couple of owners that the 4311 does has the ABT VRS. So it is highly possible that the 4311 still uses the Burr Brown 1791A, same as that used in the 4310, 3808, 2808, 3805, 4308 and 4810 etc.

The AL24, AL24+ and Advanced AL24 are their proprietary sound processing. Up until the XX10 models they typically offer the Advanced AL24 multichannel for the slightly higher 4308, 4810 models and AL24+ for the front channels only (AL24 for the other channels) in the lower priced models such as the 2808, 2809, 3808 and 4310.

I went and to a look at the specs and there is no mention of Burr-Brown as you mentioned but this is what I did find.

AL24 Processing - All Channels: AL24+

24-bit/192-kHz DACs - Analog Devices: AKM Semiconductor 24-bit/192-kHz AK4358B

Analog-to-Digital Conversion - Bit Depth/Sampling Rate: 24-bit/192-kHz AK5358VQ

I may do more digging this weekend to try find out more about the DAC used and the video chip (still have a little doubt, just a little) even after being told by a user. All this just for curiosity. :D

I did not make it over to the audition place :( Anyway, I'd say go give them a listen and play with the features and remotes and choose based on that. I don't think you wil be disappointed with any of them :)
