I liked the 1/2 ohm rating. Now I'll be able to drive that old arc welder I have in the basement.

It makes you wonder if all those guys be-bopping down the road with their woofers slamming...have they ever heard good music with high quality speakers in an acoustical setting (better than the front seat of a Monte Carlo)?

Did you see the pictures, I counted 180 capacitors:eek: And If you hook up 8ohm speakers you're looking at about 250WPC(and thats if their not bloating their specs, not so scary now;) )

cheers:)

If I only had kept the 2-30wattx2 amps I had pushing 4 jenson tri-axlials back in 1977 I would show them:p. I know my hearing is bad, but todays kids & adults have MUCH more volume than I had. I still have my loud days when I'm home alone, & I do stress my system sometimes. That kind of amp is for competion only. Who honestly does't want to drive a car to work with a system like that & a blower sticking through your hood:D

The Pioneer "SuperTunner"! A pair of Jensen Co-axes in the doors and tri-axes in the back plus a little amp was as good as it got! Best things about those big 8-track tapes was what you could hide in them!
